From Oahu to San Diego, with real estate in the family
An islander’s warmth, a planner’s eye, and a clear strategy for your next move.

Hi, I’m Aaron
I grew up on Oahu, and San Diego has been home for more than ten years now. I brought the aloha spirit with me: I take care of people, I keep things calm when a deal gets complicated, and I do what I say I will do. Outside of work you will usually find me at the beach, sailing, surfing, skiing, traveling, or listening to music.
Real estate is a family story for me. My mother is a Realtor, my grandmother worked in lending, and my grandparents invested in property. Growing up around that gave me an early appreciation for how homeownership and thoughtful investment can shape a family’s future.
A planner’s view of property
Before going full time in real estate, I worked with city planning and development services. Seeing how projects move through zoning, permitting, and review taught me to read a property for what it could become, not only what it is today. It helps me spot redevelopment and ADU potential, raise permit questions before they turn into surprises, and recognize where a neighborhood is heading, from infill projects near transit to quieter pockets that are just starting to change.
Education and credentials
I am a proud San Diego State University graduate with a degree in Human Geography and Global Studies, with coursework centered on environmental planning and sustainable development, and I studied abroad at the University of Stirling in Scotland. That background shapes how I look at real estate. Beyond the house itself, I consider the surrounding community, land use, infrastructure, access, and how neighborhoods evolve.
I earned my California real estate salesperson license in 2019 and hold the LEED Green Associate credential. I have also served as an Open House Squad Leader, helping coordinate a team of about 10 agents. I am a REALTOR® (DRE #02074758) with PorchLight Realty, brokered by eXp Realty.
How I work
Every client gets the same three things from me: transparency, a real strategy, and intention behind each step. I explain the reasons behind what the market is doing, I build decisions on actual numbers instead of headlines, and I keep your long-term equity in view, whether you are buying your first place, adding to a portfolio, or selling and want the strongest result your home can bring. You work directly with me from the first conversation through closing and after.
That work reaches across the county, from historic homes in North Park and ADU projects in La Mesa to coastal condos in Oceanside. Wherever you are looking, the goal is a property that fits the way you live today and the financial future you are building.
Who I help
- First-time buyers who want clear guidance and a realistic path to ownership.
- Homeowners preparing to sell who want a coordinated pricing, preparation, and marketing strategy.
- Buyers selling one property while purchasing another.
- People relocating to San Diego who need help understanding neighborhoods and local housing options.
- Investors evaluating rental properties, renovation opportunities, or properties with additional potential.
- Families navigating changing housing needs, multigenerational living, or trust and estate-related sales.
Sustainability and community
I care about energy efficiency, durable materials, water conservation, adaptive reuse, and improvements that make homes more comfortable and economical to operate. I also recognize that housing decisions affect access to opportunity, financial stability, and the character of communities. My LEED Green Associate credential informs these conversations, but I do not provide engineering or building certification services. Read more about property potential.
